and breathe...

So we made it. Well at least half way made it. Mom, Austin, Kate and I packed up everything and cleaned all we could and then left of Wednesday morning. Devon, with the help of his parents and people in the ward, hauled everything down 3 flights of stairs, cleaned everything else and checked out. They left for Boise and are staying the night in Winamucca tonight and will finish the trip tomorrow. I can officially say that it has been a crazy two weeks. Poor Austin, granted he is doing well considering everything, is having a hard time. There have been so many changes and his routine has been so thrown off that he is being very shy and not his normal content self. I feel bad because it's going to be at least another 3 weeks before we get to Idaho and settle into a real routine. All in all things are going well. Kate is good, she gets gas really easily and I have to be SUPER careful about EVERYTHING I eat. It's kind of annoying and I am really craving chocolate but I guess it's for the best. Yeah!!! Baby Kate finally came to join our family!!! We are so excited that she is here. Kate was born on June 14th (her due date) at 4:58 p.m. She weighed in at 8 lbs 9 oz and 21 inches long. She is healthy, happy and a great eater. Everything went really well with the labor and delivery, compaired to Austin it was a walk in the park. Everyone is home now and trying to adjust to our newest family memeber. Enjoy the pictures!

Update

To update everyone on how things are going I just wanted to say that there is nothing to update. BLAH. Everyone who I knew was pregnant (some due before, some the same as, and some even after me) have all had their babies...and here I sit with my big baby belly still intact. But on the up side, I do know that if she doesn't come this weekend I am being enduced on Monday so at least I have an end in site. My mom is flying in this evening and will be a great help with Austin and all the craziness going on around here. So if all else fails, hopefully we'll be able to post some good news by Tuesday.

Moving

As many of you know, Devon and I have been looking to buy a house in the area and therefore have been planning to move for a couple of months now. Well we are happy to announce that we have finally made our decision and know when we are going to move. The surprise to us, as I am sure it will be to you, is that we are not only moving out of the ward but are movie to Boise, Idaho! As much as we love it here we have felt that it's time for us to move on and that our calling is somewhere else right now. We will be leaving at the end of June. Devon's last day of work is the 27th, then his father is coming down and will be helping him drive out to Boise. As for me, after I have the baby my mom will be coming down to stay with us and then I will go back with her and be staying at my parents for a month or so. This will give Devon some time to get to Idaho, find a place for us to live, and get things set up so that I don't have to deal with the hassle with Austin and the new baby. Although we are surprised where our lives are taking us we are excited and know that we will enjoy Idaho, although we will miss it here.
